The Samsara Top Fleets campaign was created to highlight businesses that were using Samsara to effectively transform their operations. The awards ranged from Safest Fleet to Most Innovative. The Brand Team collaborated with Customer Marketing to create a wide range of campaign artifacts, from analog (physical awards, banners, stickers, etc) to digital (photography, ads, microsite, and videos). Designer Grayson Yokota developed the Top Fleets logo as a nice nod to getting a “feather in your cap.”

Sometimes it’s the little things
What can’t be underestimated when doing campaigns like this, is making the highlighted customers feel special. Touches like having physical awards, stickers and certificates that they can proudly display in their vehicles and offices goes a long way — in combination with higher lift activities like setting up a mini-awards ceremony — it’s important to think about the total experience.
